My favorite and I've used a lot of these kinds of apps – Happy Not Perfect: Mind Gym Review

I have a lot of things I'm dealing with and this is pretty much the only mediation I'm willing to go to on a bad day. I love the 'happiness workout' it somehow makes the whole thing of meditating everyday feel less a chore. And the large majority of meditations they offer just genuinely make me feel happier. As opposed to some other meditations on other apps that come across like lectures or religious dogma or insincere, any of which tend to annoy me, personally. Also this introduced me to 'tapping'! Which is super super helpful for me.
