Can’t find a contact for the app – BitBounce Review

Downloaded the app and I was happy about it. But I needed to look for a job and was receiving so many emails from other email addresses that I tried to cancel my account. However, I forgot my password and every time I try to reset it, the page says it doesn’t exist. And I can’t find an email or anything for you guys and can’t find a Facebook. Can someone help? I hate leaving negative reviews for anything, but I can’t find a real way to contact anyone. I changed my review to one star because I still cannot find any contact info and even leaving a review hoping for a response, have not heard from anyone. I still am having trouble getting emails and they are hit or miss which ones come through. Nobody has responded to my review and unfortunately , I have too many professional contacts for our home and insurances to just change my email.
