Simple and straightforward to use
Likes it a lot
Great way of eliminating the random emails that make it through gmail spam filters. The whitelist feature ensures those Emails I want to see make it through.
Horrible functionality

From first account sign in, the whole app is garbage. Poor functionality. Huge disappointment
Home screen doesn’t load

This is great for managing my whitelist, but the home screen info never loads. Won’t show balance or stats, just zeros or loading spinners.

I have been trying to get back into my account. I have request a password recover link I don’t how many times. You guys have completely screwed my email. I finally got back into my account and took my deleted my email off the account. If I didn’t remember my password I still wouldn’t have access. I retract the suspicion of the $10. Since it can still show up in my account. We’ll see.

Can’t find a contact for the app

Downloaded the app and I was happy about it. But I needed to look for a job and was receiving so many emails from other email addresses that I tried to cancel my account. However, I forgot my password and every time I try to reset it, the page says it doesn’t exist. And I can’t find an email or anything for you guys and can’t find a Facebook. Can someone help? I hate leaving negative reviews for anything, but I can’t find a real way to contact anyone. I changed my review to one star because I still cannot find any contact info and even leaving a review hoping for a response, have not heard from anyone. I still am having trouble getting emails and they are hit or miss which ones come through. Nobody has responded to my review and unfortunately , I have too many professional contacts for our home and insurances to just change my email.
