For a medical company, it’s a pretty bad app for what they charge. – myZio Review

Using a ZIO patch to collect information about your heart is not cheap (the materials that come with it are very open about finding assistance and payment plans) and the tech is cool, I love how small and portable the device is. When this millennial saw that I could log my symptoms with an app rather than write them down, I was thrilled. My biggest issue is that you want to start filling out your symptoms the moment they occur. The feelings are front of mind, so after tapping my ZIO patch, I would open the app, enter the time, the symptoms, the activity, then I would wait to see how long the symptoms would last. If you let you open another app or ignore the MY ZIO app and your phone falls asleep, it forced you to log all of your info from the beginning. Because of this glitch I feel like I have missed a few logs. There are also notifications that show up on the app and it is completely unclear as to what those notifications pertain to. I would think that iRhythm could take some of their massive profits and invest them in these customer facing applications.
