Why is SimpliSafe better? – eSecure 2.0 Review

You guys charge more than SimpliSafe but fall short in so many ways. I have had both services for over 5 years and this is my analysis: ADT/e-Secure is more expensive, less reliable, slow on updates, slow on fixes, and you guys can’t even send a yard sign without multiple calls of me begging. Also, battery life of your product in a power outage is a joke.... 2-4 hours compared to over 24 hours. E-Secure takes about a minute for the signal to reach my alarm from the time I send it from my home. SimpliSafe systems respond under 4 seconds. Why does e-Secure not have 2 layer security for online account? Someone can hack it to easily learn the system password to any protected location. Or better yet, they can just turn your whole system off and e-Secure helps criminals out by showing the address of the protected site... how silly is that?!
