This is a step backwards – DC311 Review

I’m not quite sure how you could make a worse version of the 311 app but DC govt figured out a way: -Map interface doesn’t work: no ability to designate on a map outside of typing in physical address. -Submission interface is clunky and doesn’t allow dynamic scrolling. Please update this soon!
