Great app – Clarity - CBT Thought Diary Review
Easy to use and quite handy.
With just a little practice, this becomes a great way to quickly track things during the day.
Two things that would improve it. The first is having a section with definitions for the various cognitive distortions. It assumes a baseline knowledge.
The second is a better way of downloading all of the information. It would be better to do it in bulk rather than buy single entry.
