Poor Timing/Cold food – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

Any time I get something delivered with Door Dash it takes at least 1 hour, even when the promised time is 35-45 minutes. When they get to my location the food is always cold. Sometimes I even forget that I’ve ordered food because it takes so long for them to get it too me. Numerous times I’ve ordered food and they cancel it for some reason and it’s so frustrating. I’ve never had as many issues with other apps like Grubhub and Postmates like I’ve had with Door Dash.
