Unbelievably bad – LawnStarter Review

App offers ZERO recourse for fraud—Non-existent customer service. My assigned Crew’s work was always bad (local middle schoolers were way better but we’re headed back to school), but the last straw was when they mowed half my lawn and said they’d return later but never did. They cancelled or skipped my services four times during the 5 weeks that I used the App. App is refusing to refund me for work that wasn’t performed—despite the fact that they cannot get in touch with the crew.
