This company is a joke. The first time they sent someone to do our yard with a push mower. He gave up halfway through the job and had to be coerced to come back. Scheduling the second of three required appointments was a nightmare and we finally canceled after one cut. Save your money and look elsewhere.
They are awful! First of all, they don’t do the lawn most of the time. When they do, it isn’t a very good job.
This company is a joke! I am not referring to the actual individual who did my lawn, I am referring to their customer service department! Trying to get a hold of them is nearly impossible because you have such long wait times. When you finally do get a hold of them, and try to cancel a service, the customer service individual fails to notify the individual doing your lawn! When you call to complain and ask for a supervisor well that’s nearly impossible because they never are available and never call you back!!!
I never really write reviews but I had to with this one very easy simple to take Care everything on this app. Fast service and they do a good job. Very happy.
I saw the app and thought I would check it out. I downloaded and gave it info. I wasn’t ready to start service yet. One text message at midnight and two text messages at 2 am I deleted the app. I don’t need to be pressured into a service nor getting text messages in middle of the night!
I have had problems from the beginning with the mower is not showing up. There's not a number you can call or you have to email the site. Multiple people will respond to the app through emails even through text messaging however they ignore your requests. I have to say the service itself is mediocre but it's not expensive so I just accepted it. For example they blow dirt and grass all over my walkway and patio and leave clumps of grass. But at least they mow the lawn. This last time they didn't show up on either of the schedule days. Very frustrating when I have to leave my gate open and can't let my dogs outside then they don't show. I emailed to cancel the service for the rest of the week. I made it clear I didn't want them to come back for two weeks. Did they respect those wishes, no. They sent someone out on an unscheduled day anyway. When I emailed to complain their solution was to send a second crew out the very next day! It makes absolute no sense. After this I canceled my service altogether. Did I get a email telling me they're scheduled in two weeks! I have responded that if the crew shows up I will call the police and report them for trespassing. I just don't understand but I can tell you it's the worst customer service I believe I have ever experienced.
Do not use overcharge 50.00/week for 15 min work and do not give them a credit card number. They are a sham!!
They subcontract every job to people they don’t know. The subcontractors cake one gave a quote - job was to be done in two parts - they collected full Payment $189 and then never show up- Contractor keep telling me I’ll be there tomorrow I had an issue with so and so after 4 days I call the company and surprise 4 days is the limit in which you can file a complaint for any contractor. Aweful customer service. Aweful business model. These people are hiring people uninsured and unlicensed to work in your house. Imagine for a second an accident? Zero accountability. This apps is aweful should be removed from the store.
TERRIBLE service, I scheduled aeration that was supposed to be done between 9/9-9/26. When no one showed up I e-mailed to ask what happened and I was given a BS ridiculous reason and was told service would be done by the week ending Oct. 11th...it’s 10/13 and no no one ever showed up. I gave it a 1 star because there is no option for ZERO stars.
I would put in a service date with the option for a day or two sooner. And the first crew rescheduled twice on me. So my grass just kept on growing. Same problem with the 2nd crew as well. So now I would have to pay more for the service do to the grass getting so tall. Due to the lack of service from them. Don’t waste your time!!
