Doesn’t work on iPad Air or iPhone 6+ despite listed compatibility saying otherwise – Journey Review

I hate to give this game a bad review without having played it but I bought this to play with my daughter. On my 8+ it runs but on both the 6+ and iPad Air the game goes to a black screen and then quits to the home screen without loading. The App Store says that both devices are compatible so now I’ve got a kid who is disappointed not to play due to (understandably) having her hopes up thanks to what seems to be a mistake with the compatibility listing. I’m sure it’s a great game but if, in fact, these devices will not run the game then you need to test properly and list accurately what will run the game so that customers are not spending money and time on something that will not work. I tried googling for about an hour and found no info and the developers site has zero support on it for Journey on iOS, only Sky. I reserve one star reviews for terrible games so I’m sad to leave this here but a non working game is about as bad as a poorly designed one and I hope that perhaps someone will see this review to save them the time, mo way and headache getting it to work when it seems that it won’t.
