This game crashes on opening. It stinks to pay $4.99 for a game that doesn’t work. I loved playing Journey on the PS3 and was looking forward to playing it on my phone. Can I get a refund?

I have a iPhone 6 and am running 12.4 so the app should be working. The game keeps kicking me out and is just showing a white screen. The game looks awesome but for five dollars my experience so far is terrible.

This game is the best, I’m not a huge gamer but I bought this awhile ago for the play station and I had never finished it, but then two days ago I saw it was for the iPhone and I bought it and I am sooo sad I finished it so fast! I wish the game was longer! Hope they come out with more games like this for the iPhone.

Buggy, hard to control

I’m stuck at a stage called The Temple, so I looked up a video walkthrough. It was clear that there were ribbons—the mechanisms that make you fly—present in these walkthroughs that were missing in my level, so I’m now unable to proceed with the game due to this apparently incomplete stage. Up until this point, I would recommend trying the game in spite of its awkward controls due to its soothing beauty. Struggling with a technical issue and finding no obvious way to notify the developer of bugs has left me anything but soothed. Skip this one.

Frustrating Controls

Great game ruined by controls. The controls act like 2 joysticks which may work on a console but not on mobile. The left side should have a virtual joystick and the right side should have a virtual trackpad similar to the controls of another great game Sky: Children of the light. I hope That Game Company fixes this issue or give us an option to change the controls.
