Game crashes - no compensation – Elune Review

I’ve been a daily player since launch and have spent $30 on this game. I believe supporting the game with a little cash helps the team know they produced a good product. The game is a good product. That being said, the game crashes during important boss stages and challenges that give you the best loot in the game, REGULARLY. I’ve reported the issues numerous times and the only thing we get is an acknowledgement. At some point, you should compensate the player base for the things they’re losing out on in game, which is why I am leaving this review. I would be open to revising this review once the issues are dealt with.
