I love this game, more than any other game I've ever played but no matter what device I try to log in on my account stays on the loading screen forever and continues to repeat. I can't play this game and I've definitely invested money into it. I have no clue how to resolve the issue and customer support basically told me there was nothing they could do.

Games been dead for over a year now. The Merge did nothing to improve it. Game gets very hard very fast and unless you are willing to spend you rent and food money on it you will get nowhere. To bad could have been a great game but the developers would rather screw the players out of money instead of improving….
