BUYER BEWARE – Mercedes me (USA) Review

First this is my first review I have ever done on any application in the last nine years of owning an Apple product. But I do believe consumers need to know a real review of this application. To start off I have 3 issues with Mercedes and this application. The first that should be known is before this latest update that was released a few days ago of this update Mercedes had a one star rating and several more One star reviews than the app shows now. So clearly they somehow reset their one star rating and deleted all of the previous negative 1 star reviews of their app. Because they suddenly have a 4 star rating overnight and all previous reviews are no longer available. That’s a shady practice and not the true representation of their app and it’s horrible shortcomings. Shame on you Mercedes. Now an unbiased review of this app. Do not pay for this service. You will be disappointed greatly. The app is extremely buggy. Rarely works. Remote start feature fails 9 out of 10 times. The app kicks you out 9 out of 10 times, forcing you to completely accept terms and conditions all over again. Sign back in completely, reset a pin for the app to fail again and kick you out time and time again. If a miracle happens and the car actually starts, it takes close to a minute to actually start. For the money the product disappoints. Again, shame on you Mercedes for taking your consumers hard earned money and knowingly providing them a failing product. A product you know doesn’t stand up to Mercedes standards. 3rd I have contacted Mercedes customer support about these numerous issues with the application. Several times in fact. I have never received a callback. And email back. Or any correspondence from Mercedes. They clearly do not care about their consumer and they clearly know that this is a failing product that they have no answers for the consumer. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
