DVR problems – Optimum TV Review

I have Altice one I really like Optimum. My parents and I have had them before and I loved them. We left cause they cost too much then we came back and got Altice One. I was very excited to get it but I’ve been getting very aggravated because every couple of days we always have a problem with the DVR there always is a message that says their has been a problem with your request and they keep doing it every couple days and it’s really aggravating and sometimes out of nowhere I lose sound and it really pisses me off it happens way too much
