This is the worst tv provider I’ve ever had. Everything from the app to the internet is horrible. They still say they are the best but that’s all a bunch of lies. Cancelling soon.

Find the app okay but I wish it could work with Comcast(SmartCast) that way I could watch my shows & movies in my room for those who don’t want a second box.
Multiple Device Issues

The app was working perfectly fine at first. I then started to watch something and an error message popped up saying that I a watching programs on three devices however, the tv was off and I’m the only one in my house that has the app on their phone. I’ve tried turning my phone off and turning it back on, deleting and reinstalling the app yet nothing has changed. I still get the same message every time I want to watch something. This problem needs to be addressed quickly.

App crashes if phone is locked while playing and then insist you’re watching on 3 or more devices when you try to play video again. Not worth the headache. Rather stream my movies through another place. Don’t bother!!!

98% of the time I can’t watch anything without it blocking out or freezing 30 seconds in. Seriously this app is awful, it should not exist.
Needs a download button for dvr programming

I’m in Europe and I’m always glued here watching my recorded show but they need to put a download button for recorded shows and they can watch on there iPad or iphone
