Unable to login, apparently a common issue – WATCH TCM Review

I am unable to login on the app. It repeatedly says “internal authentication error” when I do the activate and login screens. A search of google shows this is an ongoing problem, rendering the app worthless. I have TCM as part of my package with Spectrum, and I have tried different browsers, so those aren’t the issues. The app has no way to contact tech support. A waste of time.
