App crashes – EyeQue PVT Review

iPhone X, the app crashes during launch. Deleted app and reinstalled, relaunched app and entered log in information then app crashes again. UPDATE: contacted the support line and apparently it was a problem with an older iPhone EyeQue account. They created a new account and now the problem has been resolved.
