Just got it today. I have gone through the test 3 times and the progress number doesn't work/move whatsoever, so I can't get my prescription. Will update review when fixed, hopefully it's soon.

I just took my first test, but after about 10+ minutes, it is still trying to calculate the result. This is on an iPhone 7+, so it is not like I have an old slow phone. I will try it again, but it is a bad introduction to MyEyeQue.
Nice concept but poor execution

So I like the idea of a simple device which allows me to check my eye's prescription, however my experience so far has been far from ideal. The night I got the device I tried 3 times, and although I completed the test, it never gave me results - though they seemed to briefly appear. Today I've updated the app and now it won't launch on my iPhone 6 - it claims it's an incompatible device. Eyeque really need to sort out their software and the back end servers which are used to do some of the calculations.

You really need to fix your app, it hangs with a spinner and does not save the test. Useless piece of junk. Restarted the app as well, with no luck. Support is clueless. Going to ask for a refund.

This app won't install on my iPhone 6 Plus. I successfully installed it on my wife's 6 but the app never gives the results. I've taken the exam 4 times and my account doesn't show any results.

This app and device work well to precisely measure my distance vision prescription (which I compared to my prescription from 6mos. ago). However, I wear bifocals and the app can't measure my near field vision (probably because it's refractive error is far less than that of my distance vision). It would be great if there was a second set of tests that can help measure the change in both fields of vision for bifocal users. It could also let someone know if they need to talk to their doctor about getting bifocals.

I used this app to get my eye prescription so I could order new glasses. Much cheaper than going to the optometrist and my new glasses are perfect!

As other users have stated, it takes time to master the process. But, it was right on with my script. I've tested my gf & it was perfect with her as well. Love it!!!
