Why can’t I get my puzzle pack?? – Magic Coloring - Paint Book Review

I colored the 10 pages to get the puzzle pack in Magic Puzzles but it keeps telling me I have to complete 10 pages to open the puzzle pack. I did, it won’t, I’m mad.
