This game says its free. “Not like the other coloring apps”,According to their ads. To be honest the picture quality is not the best, they can try to hire better artist. this will take time and money however it make the app better. The colors are also not as good. Try to spice it up. You start off with 180 coins. Some of the pictures are 100, 50,150. What if you run out? Buy more coins!! Hmm isn’t this a free app. Isn’t this different from other coloring apps. Lies. I don’t want to be harsh. It’s like those bootleg version of adult coloring books.
Can’t get free daily pictures

Fun game, however you have to pay to get most pictures to color. The daily prizes are fine to get coins, but I haven’t found a way to get the free pictures that are supposedly available a few times per week.... Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but it doesn’t make sense to me.
Didn’t get the jigsaw

I downloaded this game in order to get a free jigsaw puzzle pack. I have to say that I enjoyed the coloring program, especially after realizing that I can. Make the puzzles larger in order to color the small spaces, but it did not give me the jigsaw pack. What am I not doing?

I first want to thank the customer service for this app! When I messaged them that I was having an issue, they responded pretty quick. We messaged back and forth at different times to help me fix the issue. The issue is fixed! They were genuinely concerned about me being able to use their app free of issues! Secondly, the game is phenomenal! There are so many colors and pics to choose from. Many categories too! Have fun playing this game! I know I do!

Downloaded for bonus in another game...too many ads

Never got my bonus for downloading and coloring in this game. After you are done coloring it isn’t clear what you are supposed to do next. Although you can zoom in, it is difficult to color the tiny spots on the pictures. Keep recoloring the same spot. Waste of time for sure. Too many ads.

I’ve played your Puzzle game daily for years, so decided to try this one of your too. I originally really liked it. 1)No way to contact you within the app so hopefully you see this 2)Since the upgrade, you can hardly ever get bonus coins in the daily bonus because the “video is not available “ error appears 3)Since the upgrade, there are more times than not that you can’t get the free daily picture because the “video is not available” error appears here also 4)Since the upgrade, EVERYTIME, I try to select a picture from my favorite tab to color I get the same screen that never finishes downloading, has a distorted circle(now oval)showing the download is still trying to load & below that it always says “Buy a full set of pictures, Unlock set for 0123456”. There is no set, these are individual pictures. Even if you try to click on the green bar that says 0123456 to see how many coins it will take, nothing happens. You can select the picture from the Gallery page, so remove the Favorite option if it’s not going to work. 5)You need a bigger & better selection of Nature, Animals etc for adults I originally would have rated it 4 stars, but 2 stars is very generous now. I have an iPhone 8 version phone that’s always updated. Please fix it, I’m about to the point of deleting it & finding another coloring app. Jeana
