Bad Customer Service – Your Keto Diet Review

I wrote them to cancel my subscription before the free period ended because it didn’t show up in my Apple app subscriptions. The app just didn’t have the features I was looking for. Nobody responded to me for 6 days and they just simply told me they cannot help me. I asked Apple for support and they said they cannot refund me because it was past the 3 days; even though I wrote the support on the app on the same day I downloaded the app. Very disappointed in the customer service.
