Love this app!! It’s super easy to use and I had amazing results faster than I imagined. The app gives you great and detailed rules to follow. The video recipes help a lot if you didn’t have much kitchen experience like myself. Having it always with you on you phone facilitates your life in the go, so you still have the guide where you travel. Just overall a game changer for me. Strongly recommend!

Setting up my health profile took only 2 minutes, and I was surprised to see how much info you can find out about yourself from answering just a few questions. I really like how they show you your metabolic age and what that tells about your metabolism compared to your actual age. By the far the best feature for me is that they provide grocery lists for each week. Now not only do I not have to plan what to cook/eat each day but I also have my grocery list made for me. Brilliant! Highly recommend!

Feel ripped off

I bought this on my computer. I was looking forward to what is said it offered. When I went to sign in on my computer again and on this app after I downloaded it I was asked to pay again. There is no sign in process once the product is bought. I contacted my credit card company, PayPal and the App company for a refund.

I set it up put my info in and when it came to getting the meal plan it just froze I thought it was still loading buuuuuut it’s been 3 days ? is it just telling me don’t eat lol

I purchased the meal plan through a Facebook ad and when I downloaded the app, my purchase was not accounted for and it required an additional payment. I contacted the company...I will update this review if/when I hear back.

I wrote them to cancel my subscription before the free period ended because it didn’t show up in my Apple app subscriptions. The app just didn’t have the features I was looking for. Nobody responded to me for 6 days and they just simply told me they cannot help me. I asked Apple for support and they said they cannot refund me because it was past the 3 days; even though I wrote the support on the app on the same day I downloaded the app. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I have purchased a meal plan on the website and it is great but i dont wont always to go to browser so i can look at the meal plan. I want to have access on the app but there is not option to log in. Why should i purchase it again just so i could see it in the app????
