Regularly goes off line – Comfort - GE Appliances Review

Had app about a month. Just had third ‘offline’ notice. Have to remove a/c from app, unplug a/c then hold reset then turn back on and go through 5 minute set up. Btw. These instructions not online or in app. Got through customer service. Should have on app. Btw 2 Each time I lose all history. VERY unstable app. Great when works but cannot count on it. Trouble shooting suggested maybe i was too far from router. About 15 feet should not be too far.
