Longtime customer ready to leave – Green Dot - Mobile Banking Review

Can't believe this app. Had my account for years, & tried to get app. Tells me my info matches no known account. Called customer service, & get told I should use it on my computer instead of my phone. I don't own a computer. Suddenly can't log into the website through my phone's browser either. The woman just kept telling me I need to use it on a computer. My account is suddenly useless after years, & I have $ in there!
