Frustrated – 7 Minute Workout by C25K® Review

Just downloaded the app and giving it a try. Every time I go to the instruction page an ad pops up and locks the app. I cannot read instructions or watch the video. The ad pops up with an x to get out of it but does not work. The link to go to whatever is being advertised doesn’t work. I’m taking screen shots of the instruction page before the ad pops up so I can read how to properly perform exercises...very frustrated.
