Great workout app – 7 Minute Workout Review

Perfect for those who travel or may be stuck indoors somewhere. No equipment to buy. Gets your heart pumping and your body sweating! I personally like the in-app purchases; you don’t have to spend a bunch of money to “unlock the full potential!” You can purchase what you want and exclude what you don’t. The voice can be worked on a bit so it doesn’t sound like a robot. Some of the videos don’t link to YouTube but they can be found by going ON YouTube. Also, some of the descriptions don’t match the motion of the workouts. Good app though and I am thankful for it!
