I’ve had this app for years and I still love it – Centered Review

I downloaded Centered in mid 2016, and I’ve been using it semi-regularly for years. The guided meditations vary in length and in subject so there are quick ways to break up your day with mindfulness minutes, or longer ways to reflect on how you feel, and what your body is experiencing. I know this all sounds hippy-dippy but it’s honestly such a refreshing break from my daily stresses, and I always finish feeling refreshed. It’s a free app which is incredible considering similar mindfulness apps are so often subscription based and pricey (especially if you’re not really using them). I hope this app exists forever, and I recommend it often. (Ps, sometimes if I’m having a hard time falling asleep I’ll play the body awareness meditation in full, and somewhere towards the middle I fall asleep. Works like a charm.)
