Life saver – Fast FODMAP Lookup & Learn Review

It’s been a long journey for me. First it was it’s your gallbladder, it wasn’t. Then you have sludge, I didn’t. Then you have gastroparesis - wrong again. Many, many different diets. It was exhausting mentally & physically and I finally go to the Mayo Clinic and started my new diet - FODMAP. The app helps me grocery shopping and quick reference guide at home. It has been a huge help in my recovery from constant pain. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from SIBS &/or IBS.
