Needs improvement – Sun Devil Rewards Review

This app needs some improvement. Here are my suggestions: first it is glitchy and will freeze sometimes. We don’t have time to wait for it so it needs to load fast and respond. Second, the survey questions assume you are a current student not an alumni or parent. I know more parents/alum who use it over my SD. Finally, it takes too long to reach prize levels. Prizes need to be more desirable too. I am not interested in waiting 2 years to earn a cup or T-shirt. Yawn.
