Does Not Pair with Bluetooth – AIKO - Key Finder & Smart Button Review

I downloaded the app and tried to add the device as instructed through the app, but my phone never paired with the device. The phone shows as connected in settings through Bluetooth but does not pair inside the app. I have an iPhone 7.
