BEWARE!!! I have purchased all of their products thinking it will be awesome to upgrade my vehicle and most are defective. Very hard to configure if you can configure at all. You have to constantly change between WiFi to use dash cam and backup cam, this is not user friendly at all. 9 out of 10 times it doesn’t even connect and when it does it disconnects. Very poor customer service as you will wait days for response. When you have a bad product you will pay to ship back to them and who knows if you will ever receive a new device. I am very disappointed, I had to return a product a couple of times because it was defective.

when i page my phone from the fob it will only vibrate my phone now (no chime). How do I fix this?

Does Not Pair with Bluetooth

I downloaded the app and tried to add the device as instructed through the app, but my phone never paired with the device. The phone shows as connected in settings through Bluetooth but does not pair inside the app. I have an iPhone 7.

I bought these to replace the competitor’s units, hoping that these would be louder. Not so much. The fact that they’re rechargeable is a plus, but the charge doesn’t last long, and once it runs out, the app tells you the battery is full, but can’t connect so the best it can do is offer to mark the Aiko lost. Um. No. Wrong. Dumb.

Unable to login or even sign up on the app. Loads for half a second and then stays at the screen.

I had all good things to say about Aiko but your last app update deleted all devices. Was this not tested? Not happy about it and now it’s not letting me add one of the devices stating that it’s paired with (my email) already and then when I click for help it takes me to a ticket page which doesn’t let you create tickets. Very disappointed. Update: Support stepped in pretty fast to address the issues.
