Really bad – DC311 Review

Not sure how developers could take a mediocre app and make it worse, but some problems at front end: 1) Type face is incredibly small and hard to read, especially login 2) No Touch ID login and you have to login each time (does save name/password) 3) accept a privacy policy each time allowing access to all data!! Which data? Why data that’s not relevant to city services 4) despite saving contact info in profile it asks you to fill in contact info each time when submitting service request.
