No sound – 7 Minute Workout by C25K® Review

Very disappointed with this product, I paid for the warrior upgrade to remove ads it didn’t. And when trying a workout or stretch there is no sound. I have made sure that sound is all the way up, and that do not disturb is off, phone is not locked and that notification are allowed for 7 min workout. Update - fixed sound, make sure that the ringer is turned on. No if I can get rid of the ads when looking at the instructions.
