Stolen Amex Card Number, but Great Service – Blacklane - Chauffeur Service Review

I used Blacklane for the first time for a pickup at LGA and dropoff in Midtown Manhattan. An hour after the dropoff, my Amex card had numerous fraudulent charges and had to be shutdown. Blacklane was the only merchant I used for that card within 24 hours. Other than the compromised credit card info, the service proved by the driver was great. Unfortunately, the credit card issue was a deal breaker, so I’ll probably use other car service provider next time.
