Unpredictanle standards – Blacklane - Chauffeur Service Review

The driver was terrible, spoke very little English and was not presentable (shirt untucked). He bought his car two days ago so he refused very strongly for us to place our carry on in the front. Although given he has the right to refuse the carry-ons, his attitude + lack of flexibility is terrible. I have used blacklane before land it worked out well, but considering this event I can see that there is no proper screening procedure for your drivers and I wouldn’t call this a reliable service.
