I talked to you guys April 22th at 5:01pm and your team said that they would be sending us a free upgrade due to not being able to fix my drone. I had confirmed with your company that they could repair my company drone before sending it in. I confirmed this with one of your team members via email with the exact model number and current drone that we own and what the problem it was having, they advised us to send it in for repair. What’s going on with this email saying I have to buy new drone now ? I am expecting your company to keep its word and send my company the free upgrade like I was told. Unbelievably bad customer service we would never recommend a DJI to anyone, they do not take care of their business customers that use their products. we have called them repeated times and sent them repeated emails. 0 out of 5 stars.
