Appointment times rarely show – Drybar Review

It's very frustrating as a customer to not be able to book appointments from the Drybar App. I often get an error when clicking on the calendar component to select a time. This error occurs often: "Whoops! NSURLErrorDomain". In order to view or change and existing appointment I'm prompted to call a support center which can take 10-15mins+. Please fix. I love Drybar but want a better user experience.
