Backup contacts says “Error” – iDUO Drive Review

Nothing more! No indication what the error is, no indication what is causing it, no indication how to fix it. Yet my iPhone handles my current in-phone contacts just fine — but not iduo. USELESS!!! Update: deleted the app, re-installed, and was able to backup contacts again. That should not be necessary.
