Not intuitive enough

This app hasn't help for creating space on my iPhone. Bought it to transfer non essentials items and it never completes the task always errors out.
Decent phone backup.

Picked up a 32 gig lightning thumb drive from Microcenter. This app is the companion to that thumb drive. It does exactly what I expected and backed up all my photos and contacts. The USB side of the thumb drive let me access everything from my PC. Pretty nice!
Continually errors out

Don’t bother with this app and the required plug in USB/FireWire plug. It should be dead bang easy, but trying to download anything over about 1.5 gigs and it continually errors out. Pretty sad for a 32 gig drive. So all my contacts are backed up, but only a fraction of the photos I tried to download off of my iPad downloaded before it errored out, and it wouldn’t even attempt to open photos on my iPhone 8. No explanations, no try this or that advice, just “error” and your done. It would be nice if the iduo team could figure out how to make their product actually work.
Unless they make some serious updates... it’s not worth it.

I have yet to do anything with this app. Every time I try to do anything, like move a photo - just 1 - the app crashes. If I click on 3-4 options, the app crashes. I went into this with high hopes but the app is showing to be completely useless.

Every time the app pulls up my pictures it crashes! You sending out a fix soon I hope? Awesome idea, poor performance!
Timing out issue

Everytime I attempt to open my videos to transfer over to flash drive, app times out and logs off. Im using iDUO Drive. This does not happen with iDUO GALAX, however it doesn’t recognize the usb stick.. Great idea, bad execution!! Please please please fix ASAP!!
Needs lots of work

If you copy files, say folders of music or photo albums from your computer, it shows on the iPhone simply as long lists of files and completely losing the folder structure. Good luck finding anything. It may work for back up, but hopeless for expanding iPhone storage by keeping files on the USB drive.

This is a great concept however the app crashes every time I go into internal storage to look at photos and videos on my iPhone.
