Orders Not Saving – Edible Review

I’ve placed 2 orders since December 2020 but neither of them are showing up in my account. The only way I knew they were even submitted was because I called the store to make sure it was received. I’m logged into my app so not sure what is going on. Doesn’t look like any either of these purchases are counting towards my rewards. Please fix this!
