Horrid – Blacklane - Chauffeur Service Review

Three great trips with Blacklane, but the fourth is reason to never come back. Driver was late, didnt help with bags, didnt help with anything, and said we had too much luggage (5 suitcases) and too many people (5) for his Suburban. Ten minutes later, an uber driver handled it with ease. No useful support - terrible company.
