Worst customer support I’ve ever encountered – Luff - Manual photography made easy Review

This app is well designed except that it has NEVER worked! I tried, (to this date 4 times), to get support from the developer via e mail associated with this app listed in the App Store, on 4 attempts over the course of 1 month I have not had 1 response for this non working app. I’ve attempted deleting and reloading to no avail, and for the record, I’m on a new iPhone XR running current updates. With the potential of having developed a decent application, it falls short on customer support, I’d stay away from wasting space on your phone and choose another option.
