It’s moving backwards in technology and user experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If having a ticket to the show I wanted did not require downloading this app, I would not be writing this post or rating this app. I bet the designers and engineers did a good job. Also the website requires an account. How sure am I that I will receive spam from BigNeon? 100%
