Can’t log into online play – Catan HD Review

Tried for appx 20 minutes without success. Wouldn’t allow me to register my email - said “email already in use”. Made a brand new temporary email account for this with very unique name and got the same answer. Very frustrating. Do not purchase if you wish to play online.
