can’t register my device to the app ? – Crazybaby Review

in really enjoy the air by crazybaby. but i can’t register my air by crazybaby to the device to turn down brightness, control noise cancellation, or use customized equalizer settings it just says invalid serial number. if you guys could help, that’d be great.
