Works but needs to be updated – McDelivery Jordan Review

I'm a regular customer for McDonalds and have been ordering exclusively through this app at least once a week for almost two years, paying in cash or credit cards with very minor glitches so far. Haven't had any problems with incorrect orders or incorrect payments. It serves the purpose but the interface/experience design is long overdue for an overhaul to be compatible with newer devices. It can also make better use of push notifications for informing users about order status updates and about new/special offers. Instead of emailing me twice every time an order is placed, you could just use push notifications for that. McDonalds sells well in Jordan, but you could end up increasing revenue with a better app, in my opinion. I'm taking away a star for outdated interface and another star for non-existent push notifications. Bottom line: this is an app that functionally serves its purpose, but is long overdue for a design update and better deployment of push notifications.
