great app, wouldn’t work after first two tries – Self Checkout Review

i loved this app in the short time i could use it. i liked the concept of being able to track moods throughout the day, and find out personalized statistics about you. however, i was so sad this app stopped working the first one or two times i used it. when i would click on the app icon, it would open, then immediately black out. i’ve really tried to make this work, ive changed settings, deleted and redownloaded the app, and restarted my phone multiple times, and tried it with current and earlier updates. if anyone knows how to help me, please do. i’m not the most tech-savvy person in the world, but idk why this is happening?
