I love this app. It is easy to use even for the most busiest of people with its reminders to quickly check in. This app helped maximize my therapy experience during a very difficult time in my life. It allowed me to SEE my feelings and their connections to my actions and surroundings. Thank you for creating this. I still use it especially when I'm dealing with a drawn out, overwhelming project or high stress time. Sometimes, its the only self care I'm able to do in a day! In the 2 years I've had this app I have not experienced any issues. 10/10 recommend!
Eh it's ok
OMG THIS ANNOYING
I was super excited to use this app! I logged in and but my email and everything but when I reached the end of logging in it would just log me off and I would have to do that process all over again! I did it again and still it logged me off! I don't know what's happening but I really want to use the app.

It’s so easy to use, I especially like how I can add my own moods with emojis as well as triggers. Creator: I’m embarrassed to say I don’t remember a tutorial or into to the app mentioning that you can customize the moods/triggers but I’d be helpful to other users if it were mentioned. Also, customizing the check in times would be great!

Although I love the app and how it works, for some reason the app continuously glitches moments after i finish setting up. Once I set up, i can’t get back in because it glitches me out. I’ve restarted my phone and even re-downloaded the app and it still won’t work.

Enhhhhh.....
I generally think that this app is really positive and can improve your mental health by allowing you to recognize and reflect on your feelings. It has a list of ways to achieve certain emotions which you brainstormed. I find this helpful, however, I wish it would suggest ways to be happy or content when you input a negative mood, through a pop-up. It is otherwise easy to use and keeps information private through a passcode system. The creators did a wonderful job, I just wish they suggested a way to get out of a negative mindset.

I love the features on this app and think it is great when it works but unfortunately it constantly crashes on my iPhone rendering it unusable.

I customized the app and got very excited to use it and after I did this the app crashed every single time I tried to open it. I thought it was my phone but my phone is brand new and I also restarted it. Good app and great idea but it’d be nice if I could actually use it.

This seems to have a great idea behind it, but after my first time using it, it stopped working. Every tome I try to open the app up, it force closes.
